“ REFER-A-FRIEND SUMMER RELAY” SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE INTERNET ACCESS

ELIGIBILITY: The Fast Park “ Refer-a-Friend Summer Relay” Contest (the “Contest”) starts at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 6/8/2019 and  ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 8/31/2019 (the “Contest Period”). One (1) point will be allotted to an Entrant for each successful registration t by a referral recipient o the Fast Park Relax for Rewards program  (“Completed Referral”) during the Contest Period. You may only use one (1) Relax for Rewards Account (“Rewards Account”) to participate in the Contest. The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older who are valid members of Fast Park’s Relax for Rewards loyalty program (“Entrants”). Employees of Parking Company of America, Inc. d/b/a Star Parking, Fast Park & Relax, Fast Park 2, Airport Fast Park, Park Place Airport Parking and Park Place (“Sponsor”), Sponsor’s advertising/promotions agencies, their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and the immediate family members of the foregoing residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.

HOW TO ENTER: To complete a referral, entrants must use the referral widget in their Relax for Rewards Dashboard (“Rewards Dashboard”). Entrants may refer others via social media (Facebook and/or Twitter) or email. Recipients must sign-up for the Rewards Program using the entrants unique link for the entry to be considered valid. Entrants will be awarded one point for each Completed Referral made in this manner. Referrals made in any other manner or referrals that do not use the entrants dedicated, unique link will not be accepted.

By correctly and fully completing all the foregoing, entrants will receive one (1) point toward their overall point total in the Contest (subject to these Official Rules). Entrants will have the entirety of the Contest Period to earn points. There is no point maximum. In the event of a tie, the prize(s) will be awarded to those with the greatest number of completed stays by referral recipients.

By submitting an entry, entrants agree that the post complies with all conditions stated in these rules. The Sponsor will bear no liability whatsoever regarding the use of all entries or any component thereof – including, without limitation, the photo. The Sponsor shall be held harmless in the event it is subsequently discovered that an entry has departed from or not fully complied with any of these rules and/or the Instagram rules.

Entry into the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules in their entirety.

DRAWING/PRIZES: PRIZES: Winners of the Contest will be selected by the highest number of “Completed Referrals” achieved during the Contest Period. Winner(s) will be notified via email on 9/3/2019.

• The first-place winner will receive:

• A Chaser Club ticket package for two to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta for the evening session on 10/12/2019 and the morning session on 10/13/2019
• Two passes for event shuttle bus service
• $500 airline gift card
• 3 Free Days of parking at the winner’s preferred Fast Park facility

• The second-place winner will receive:

• $300 airline gift card
• 2 Free Weeks of parking at the winner’s preferred Fast Park facility

• The third-place winner will receive:

• $250 airline gift card
• 1 Free Week of parking at the winner’s preferred Fast Park facility

The approximate retail value (ARV) for all Prizes to be awarded is $1,480.

All Prizes will be awarded unless Sponsor cannot obtain requisite Affidavits or other documents from potential winners in a timely manner, (3 days from first notification attempt), in which case all Prizes may not be awarded. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically stated as being included herein including, but not limited to, taxes and all personal costs and expenses. Prizes will be shipped to each Winner.

AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the sweepstakes.. Any Entry that does not comply with the Entry Requirements, or otherwise with these Official Rules will be void, eliminated and not eligible for consideration.

CONDITIONS: There is a limit of one Prize per person during the Contest Period. All Prize Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, or provide other documentation requested by Sponsor, in its discretion. If Sponsor is unable to receive personal confirmation from a Winner of being selected as a Winner within three (3) days from the first notification attempt, or if a Winner (i) fails to complete and return all requested documents by the date specified by the Sponsor, (ii) is found to be ineligible, or (iii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. In the event of any difference between the stated ARV and the actual cost of the Prize, no refund or payment for any difference will be provided. The acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the Winner’s name and address (city and state) for promotional purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. Each Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the Prize. Each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Administrator, Facebook, Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property, resulting in whole or in part from acceptance or use of the Prize, or participation in the Contest. No refund or value will be provided if a Prize is not or cannot be used, or is otherwise declined. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. Headlines are for convenience only.

RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU: By entering this Contest you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further notice.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor, Administrator, and Facebook, Inc., and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion or production agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions that may limit a user’s ability to participate in this Contest, or for other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest, or for other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or with respect to any Contest-related materials. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected shipments. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity with regard to the mechanics of the Contest or the interpretation of the Official Rules. Anyone attempting to defraud or tamper with this Contest will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or loss of time arising out of any acts, omissions, or negligence, of any person, including, without limitation, transportation carriers and any person providing any service or accommodation in conjunction with the Prize, or for delays or cancellations including, but not limited to, those resulting from mechanical breakdown, closings, strikes, government action, inclement weather, or Acts of God. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect information caused by printing, technical, or human errors which may occur during the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or the theft, loss, or destruction of entries. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of being conducted as planned because of tampering, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an “Intervening Cause”), which affects the security, fairness, or proper execution of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest if prior to the end of the Contest Period, or otherwise award the Prize through a drawing from all eligible entries received which, in Sponsor’s opinion, were not affected by the Intervening Cause. Any disputes regarding this Contest shall be governed by Ohio law and resolved in courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event attorney fees. Entrants waive any claim for punitive, incidental or consequential damages. With regard to the Prize awarded, Sponsor makes no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Personal information provided to participate in the Contest is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy found at http://www.thefastpark.com/home/privacy-policy/. Void where prohibited.

DISPUTES: This Contest is governed by the laws of Ohio, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.  As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ohio having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Contest), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Facebook Inc. does not endorse Sponsor’s products and is not affiliated with the Contest. Information provided to enter the Contest is being provided to Sponsor and not to Facebook.

SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: These official rules are subject to modification by Parking Company of America, Inc.. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Parking Company of America, Inc. are final and binding. Parking Company of America, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Parking Company of America, Inc. website or otherwise acts in violation of these official rules. Parking Company of America, Inc. further reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of completion as planned (including, but not limited to, for the following reasons: infection by computer virus, technical corruption, force majeure, or non-authorized human intervention that compromises or affects the administration, fairness, integrity, security or proper conduct of the promotion).
